I have been urged by several friends and relatives to write down my recipes so other people can try my creations. However, since I almost never measure any of my ingredients, many of my recipes are a tad different every time I cook.
I began my interest in cooking when I was in college in Pennsylvania. I started working the grill in the cafeteria and the following year my boss asked me to assist him in running a barbecue for the local chapter of the Restauranteur Association. The accolades we received at that event boosted my determination to continue cooking. Later, after I transfered to another college I began working as a steam table, broiler, and back-up cook at one of the Top 10 restaurants in Pennsylvania.
Since those days I have been enjoying creating different, very healthy, and delicious meals for family and friends. Now, I would like you to try a couple of my recipes too.
